You do not create an account to browse the services website or submit a project enquiry.

Request deletion of enquiry information

Email hello@tyzex.app from the address used for your enquiry, with “Services data deletion request” in the subject. Tell us which enquiry or information your request concerns. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

We will consider your request under applicable data protection law. Some records may need to be kept for legal obligations, contractual records or establishing or defending legal claims. We will explain any relevant limitation. See our Privacy Policy for your rights and retention information.

Deleting a Tyzex Finance account

For the personal-finance product, follow the separate Tyzex Finance account deletion instructions. A services enquiry deletion request does not automatically delete a Finance account.
